·   OUR business is REGISTERED in UNITED STATES OF AMERICA under Gulzar Spice LLC. We are sourcing our saffron directly from Afghan framers in agricultural land of Afghanistan to the US.  Afghan saffron is rated the best in the world for the third year in a row by The International Taste & Quality Institute in the Belgian capital of Brussels. Our product complies with the following certification:

It is Gulzar Spice's primer saffron which will add deep flavor and rich stunning color to any dish. It comes in an exceptionally lovely clear screw cap bottle for easy use and encased in paper box to be kept from direct light. A 0.5 gram is sufficient for 38 dishes of paella.
