We accept PayPal, cash on collection is also available.

Please note: Collection in person is available from our warehouse Monday to Friday. If you wish to collect your item please let us know by sending us a message via eBay.

Standard delivery is sent via Royal Mail 2nd class signed for service (3-5 working days).

If next day delivery service is required please select “Royal Mail Special Delivery” option during checkout.

UK Buyers only, we will not ship overseas unless stated in the listing description otherwise.

All next day deliveries MUST have the artwork approved before 2.00 pm.

Returns are accepted within 30 days, if you change your mind then please email us to let us know straight away.

Returned items must not be used or tampered with at all and is in its original packaging.

We will not refund if the seal is broken or our sticker (in some items) is removed.

You have to return everything listed in the Package Content List include the free items, all in its original packaging you received it in.

We will process the refund upon receiving the item back (within 2 working days).

After the 30 days if there is any problem with your item then please email us to let us know and we will do our best to help.

Buyers are responsible for return cost of the item in all cases.

If for any reason the courier has lost your parcel and there was NO sign of delivery after 14 working days then we can issue a refund or send you a replacement free of charge. Please note that we cannot deal with any refund issue or send a replacement before the 14 working days has finished, we will also require a full statement from you (the buyer) stating that you have NOT received your item. This is nothing to do with us, it's the courier's procedure and we have to comply.

Damaged upon receipt: please do not sign for before checking your package well if it is damaged then refuse delivery, damaged parcels will be dealt with immediately, we will need your cooperation to send us proof, such as clear photos showing the damaged parts, we will then confirm it with the courier and send you a replacement then we will make a claim to recover our losses.

The courier company in both cases (no delivery or damaged upon receipt) might contact you to confirm the incident, so your co-operation is much appreciated.

Printings and Banners DOSE NOT claim ownership over the characters, celebrities, logo or clipart used on your iPad case as they belong to their respective copyright holders. We DO NOT sell the characters or clipart. They are only being used to personalise your item. These images are permitted for one time personal use according to the sale doctrine. They CANNOT be resold for any reason.
