products are shipped in safe packaging so that all your purchases will arrive

After purchase, please send me the numbers/colours you require. You can do
this by adding a NOTE TO THE SELLER to your order on ebay or on paypal. Important note: v
Please make sure you know which colours you want. I will send you the
number you asked for, not the number you thought you were asking for. If you’re
not sure, please check swatches of the product you want using eg. google
images. v
I can, of course, help you with the colours, but ultimately, the buyer is
responsible for choosing appropriate colours. v
You can google eg. Inglot 02M 660 swatches (ot whichever product you’re
after). There are many blogs and online stores offering swatches of just about
all Inglot products. Best of all, visit your local store and check the colours
for yourself. PAYMENT: v PAYPAL ONLY. All payments must be made within 7 business days of purchase. If you do not pay within 7 business days, I will automatically open an ‘unpaid item’ case on ebay. POSTAGE

All orders are generally shipped within 48 hours (business days only) of
cleared payment. All orders are shipped to the address shown in PAYPAL. v
Please make sure your shipping address is correct in Paypal before you
purchase. Any delay in letting me know which colour(s) you’d like, means a
delay in shipment. v
All parcels are sent REGISTERED AIR MAIL and a tracking number is added to
your summary as soon as I’ve checked that the number is active. v
Your items are all packaged safely to make sure they arrive in great
condition! v
If you do not receive your item within 30 business days of postage, please
contact me and I will do my utmost to track your package. FEEDBACK v Leaving feedback is integral to creating a safe and positive ebay experience for everyone. If you are, for any reason whatsoever, unhappy with the service I provide,

ALL returns will only be considered within 3 days of receipt of package.
Refunds will be provided only after all products have been returned. v
Items must be returned unopened in the original packaging and posted with
tracking details. Return postage is covered by the buyer. v
Due to sanitary reasons, not all items are eligible for returns. Please
contact me first. v
Postage and handling charges are non-refundable under any circumstances. v All accessories come with a warranty – please remember that the item MUST be returned to me WITHIN the warranty period (3 months) for the warranty to be valid. You MUST let me know what the problem is as soon as possible. Warranty queries will be deemed invalid if they are not received back to me within the warranty period. Before posting your defective item, you MUST contact me and let me know what the defect is. Items that are damaged and/or misused after it has been received, are ineligible for warranty repairs or returns. Yes, they most certainly are genuine products! Q: How do I know these are original products? A: Please take a look at the feedback I’ve received and my seller status – there’s no way, I’d have this many positive comments, if my offer wasn’t a legitimate one. Easy! After you purchase, send me a message (contact seller – in your summary)
or click ‘ask a question’ in any of my listings or leave a note on your order
on ebay or paypal. Q: Do you have the colour I want? A:
Generally, I’ve got the entire range available. If for some reason, the item is
unavailable and I can’t source it for you, I’ll contact you and refund your
money. If the colour you want is temporarily or permanently discontinued, I’ll
ask you to choose another (perhaps, similar) colour, or refund your money (and
postage) for that item. Q: What do I do, if I can’t see a listing for the product I want? A:
Please contact me! If I don’t have a listing of the product you want up yet,
I’ll put one up just for you for the item you want. Q: Are you sure the 02M nail enamel range is Halal? A: Yes, it is. It is also the best-selling product to countries such as Indonesia, Singapore and the Middle East. Q: How can I check the colour? A:

Of course, if you’re buying several items on one listing, the postage is
combined automatically upon check out. If you’re buying several items on
different listings, please wait for an invoice and I’ll adjust the shipping
price. Q: Help! I’ve purchased several items separately and I’d like to combine the postage. A:
No problem at all, I will refund you the extra postage you’ve paid! Q: I want to put in a larger order, how can I do this? A:
Please send me a message with all the products you’d like, I’ll calculte the

All items are sent registered air mail and tracking details are added to your summary as soon as I’ve checked that they are ‘live’ and working. Q: How can I track my item? A: You can track your item on your own country’s postal tracking system or at (Click on the 'Tracking' link!) Q: Where are you sending your products from? A: All Inglot products are posted directly from Poland. Q: How long does postage take? A: According to international postage guidelines, parcels take an average of 7-10 business days to arrive (less if the destination’s in Europe). However, some parcels may take longer. I provide tracking as proof of shipment – Please check the tracking.
