This is a lithograph from the famous watercolor painting "Marshall Point Light, Maine" by Andrew Wyeth.
It was published in 1940 by Ketterlinus. Measures about 16" x 12" for the image, or 22" x 18" in the period frame.
The litho is in a fine condition, the frame has some age wear and minor nicks.
