This Rare 1940 Hardcover Illustrated Edition is in terrific condition for its age.  This book contains ten full-plate illustrations by Jessie Willcox Smith.  The front and back covers of the book itself are in terrific condition showing minor cover wear (see pictures).  The binding is tight and is square without spine lean and the pages are crisp and clean - there is an presentation inscription on the second page.
