Payment Methods

PayPal is our preferred method of payment, if you do not have a Paypal account you can still pay through them using your credit card, it's fast and easy. If you are purchasing more than one item please Do NOT make a separate payment for each item, instead wait till you are finished with your purchases then go to your cart and click on send payment, this will combine all your orders into one and save you money.

Shipping Terms

Orders ship out the next business day after payment has cleared, unless there is a problem with shipping information given; and the buyer cannot be reached in time to confirm the information given is correct.

Our Return Policy

We make every attempt to describe our items as accurately as possible. Not only are we active sellers on eBay, but we've bought several items for personal use also. We know that nothing is more disappointing than receiving a misrepresented item. As hard as we try, we will still make mistakes.

We accept returns and exchanges within 14 days, must be received in original box and condition it was shipped in with hang tags or certificates, buyer pays return shipping cost.

If you refuse your package and don't pay the duties and taxes, the package will be returned back to us. You will be charged for all duties and taxes that are incurred by us, shipping costs both ways and all other handling fees plus a 15% restocking fee.

International Orders

Attention International Buyers, we use eBay Global shipping!

Invoices will be sent to you from eBay, which may include any customs or tariffs! If you do not receive an invoice please let us know, may take a day before you receive it.

CUSTOMS FEES

Flossie's Gifts & Collectibles assumes no responsibility with respect to any tariffs, duties, or other restrictions and charges imposed or enforced by the destination country. Nor are we responsible for alerting you to any such fees. It is your responsibility to be aware of what customs and other fees your country will impose on your order.

For orders that are shipped outside of the U.S.: We will not charge for any local customs or duties. Please be aware that all countries have different fees and procedures for incoming packages. Please check with your country's customs office for precise charges before placing your bid. We will fill out the actual item contents and the package values based on your payment. We WILL NOT modify actual item values on the custom forms. We are in strict compliance with all regulations regarding shipments from the US to all international destinations.
