Extron HDMI Pro Series cables are designed for applications that require high performance transmission of HDMI digital video and audio signals. Cable lengths up to 50 feet (15.2 m) conform to HDMI High Speed Cable Specifications and support resolutions up to 4K @ 30 Hz (4096x2160) and 1080p @ 60 Hz. Cable lengths 75 feet (22.8 m) and longer conform to HDMI Standard Speed Cable Specifications and support 1920x1200 @ 60 Hz and 1080p @ 60 Hz. The Extron UHD4K 101 Cable Equalizer is recommended for 4K applications that require signal transmission beyond 25 feet (7.6 m), and the HDMI 101 Plus for 1080P transmission beyond 75 feet (22.8 m).

HDMI Pro Series cables are fully backwards compatible with all prior versions of HDMI as well as DVI compliant devices, and pass all embedded components, such as digital audio and CEC - Consumer Electronics Control information. HDMI Pro cables are available in lengths from 25 feet to 200 feet (7.6 meters to 60 meters).
