• Once a bid has been placed, it is a legally binding contract of purchase
• Payment must be made upon purchase, however if this is not possible, please let us know to discuss solutions. 
• You will be notified on the day that your item(s) have been shipped via e-mail.
• Once you receive your item(s), please inspect them for any damage during transit, and report the any damage within 24 hrs via e-mail with photo. 
• If you are satisfied with your purchase please leave a positive feedback, so we are aware that you have received your item(s). 
• Please note that if there are any problems, PLEASE contact us first via e-mail giving full details of any problem along with your user ID
• All item(s) are sent via USPS First Class Mail, unless other arrangements have been agreed upon.
• Item(s) will be shipped no later than 48 hrs of cleared payment, unless stated in the listing (i.e. custom or large orders)
• If ordering custom products Please include name(s) or wording in the notes section with your payment.
