SHIPPING
Standard Shipping may not be available to certain destinations; where it's not availablle Economy Shipping will be used instead.
- If you need the item by a deadline, please do message us so that we could choose the best option for you and/or prioritize the shipping.Express Shipping available at a reasonable additional cost (except for some destination countries).
- For goods shipped from overseas, many of our goods are first despatched from the warehouse by a courier to our freight forwarder for shipping processing. Once the carrier receives the parcels from the freight forwarder, most parcels (except for Economy Shipping) can be tracked: If carried by China Post, you can probably track it at your national postal office website; If carried by commercial couriers such as DHL, Toll, you can track it on their official websites.
- Any import duties/taxes (if applicable) shall be paid by Buyer, although we can use importing-tax-covered shipping services to many countries for an additional cost - please contact us and request a quote if interested.
RETURN
- The return address is in Perth, Western Australia.
- If the item is faulty, we will cover reasonable return postage and issue full refund or re-send a suitable replacement as agreed.
- The returned item should be unused and in the condition at the time of original delivery.
- If return is due to Buyer’s change of mind, and if the item's price included P&H (i.e. a FREE POSTAGE item), any refund given should be after deduction of reasonable postage & handling (P&H) cost.

PAYMENT
- Please make payment within 3 days after clicking Buy It Now or the auction ends. Please contact us if extra time is needed. If no communication is received, an Unpaid Item Case may be opened after 3 days.
OTHER
- We combine postage wherever feasible.
- The following postal services do NOT have tracking number: International Economy Airmail (inc. Int'l Standard Flat Rate Delivery of under AUD11); Australian domestic Standard Delivery (unregistered letters)
- In our experience, parcel/Mail loss during transit happens to approx. 1 in 1000 parcels/letters. At our discretion, we may choose to re-send the replacement item if the parcel gets lost after posting.
- We do not take responsibility for parcel delay, loss, or damage during transit after posting; please contact us to add Extra Cover (insurance) if you want protection agains item loss or damage during transit.
- Int'l Standard Flat Rate Delivery (under AUD11) and Australian domestic Standard Delivery often use shrink wrapping / vacuum sealing of items, which may cause creases in fabrics. Steaming/Ironing/washing can easily remove the creases on delivery. Please choose other delivery method if you have concerns.
