For your consideration is a unusual Silver Medusa snake head Spoon. This Piece is Continental, possibly French and  dates late 19th to early 20th Century, having a Medusa head plaque at the top of the Spoon, and a snake winding around the stem. These Pieces rarely come on the market and are very desirable. The Spoon is unmarked (this is fairly typical of the Medusa spoons), but I guarantee it to be silver, not Plate. The Piece is not monogrammed, and in very good condition. There is slight excess silver soder where the Spoon attaches to the handle, but this is original to the construction of the Piece. length: 8 3/8 inches. Weight: 92 grams. Pa Buyers must pay 6% state sales tax unless tax exempt. Thank you for looking and good luck!
