Technical
Please note that your silver inset fire will arrive with two black frames screwed to the back of it. If the entire fireplace is to go against a flat wall then you will simply unscrew one of the frames (1 minute job) and leave the other frame attached (doing this will allow your fireplace to go against a flat wall). If you have a suitably sized hole in your wall then you will have the option to remove both black frames (as can see in the main product image). Each of the frames are approximately 2" deep (front to back)
This fireplace is not fully assembled and would be delivered to you in 4 sections (mantel, hearth, back panel, fire)

If you change your mind after delivery and no longer wish to keep the product then you can return the item to us. Please be aware that you would be responsible for all costs to return the item which can be expensive due to the size & weight of most fireplaces. We strongly recommend you read all the product information prior to making a purchase so you can be sure the fireplace is perfect for your needs. Remember and 'measure up' before making a purchase.
