Total Cycling has been trading since May 2000 (as totalcycling.com).In addition to our ebay shop selling mainly special offers we have a mail order business (at Campsie, BT47 3XX) with over 5000 items on line.
In November 2012 we are opening a new retail shop (at Pennyburn BT48 0LU) stocking Cube, Look and Merida bikes. We also stock Look, Pinarello, Cervelo and Colnago frames.

Small items are sent using 'Royal Mail Signed For' recorded delivery.
Large items are sent using 'Parcel Force 48hr'.International Orders
Small items are sent using 'Royal Mail International Signed For'.
Large items are sent using 'Parcel Force Priority'.All orders are shipped between Monday and Friday.
We do our best to dispatch you order within 3 working days and you will be provided with a tracking number once the order ships.
Terms
We endeavour to have accurate descriptions and verify the component weights quoted by manufacturers.All items are 100% genuine. 99% of items are new and unused but occasionally we do list new components which have been taken off new bikes. Components removed from a new bike will be clearly listed as such and we will still offer the full manufacturers warranty.
We pride ourselves on our customer service but in the rare event that you have a problem with your item please contact us via ebay.

Returns
We have a no quibble returns policy and will accept returns within 30 days of delivery for exchange or refund.
Items must be a saleable condition meaning they must be unused and the original packaging should be included.We will only accept returns after 30 days in the case of warranty claims
