U.S. orders include USPS Delivery Confirmation and should arrive within 3 to 7 business days. International Orders do not include tracking information but should arrive within 10 to 20 business days.

Exchanges - We gladly offer exchanges at no additional cost of equal or lesser value. Please contact our customer service department for any questions regarding exchanges or for our help in getting an exchange completed.
Defective Items - Merchandise defective upon receipt can be replaced free of charge. If you received a defective item, please contact our customer service department immediately to arrange for a replacement.
Damaged Items - All merchandise is inspected for damage prior to shipment. If your merchandise has been damaged in transit, please contact our customer service department immediately to arrange for a replacement.
