USES of 3 Way LNB Holder
Allows 3 LNBs, each picking up signal from a different satellite, to be mounted on a single satellite dish e.g. Could be used with an 110cm satellite dish to receiver signal from Astra1 & Astra2 & Hotbird

It can be used on any universal satellite dish arm with a Triax design, such as listed above
Normally used in conjunction with a 4x1 Diseqc Switch which combines the feed from the 3 LNBs into a single cable

Instead of having to use 3 satellite dishes, a single dish can be used, saving on space and money
Can be used with universal satellite dishes with Triax design arms

DISADVANTAGES of 3 Way LNB Holder
Can be difficult to align a satellite dish to pick up from 3 different satellites - experience is needed
Will not work if the satellites are too far away from each other in the sky
Limited to a maximum of 3 satellites
Not as flexible as a motorised dish

Small items are shipped via An post on a non tracked basis, most other items are via Fastway couriers on the Island of Ireland.

In the UK small items are shipped via Royal mail on a tracked basis, larger items are shipped via Tracked courier.

in the EU Small items are shipped via AnPost on a non tracked basis, most other items are via DPD couriers on a tracked basis.

 

All tracking numbers will be sent to you via the ebay marketplace and via email.

Returns Policy

We are devoted to satisfying every customer of TekEir, however, we do understand that you may need to return goods to us occasionally. We have set out the rules that apply to returns so please read them carefully.

CHANGE OF MIND

If a customer is not satisfied with a purchase on our site, we are happy to offer a full refund on the price of the product returned within a 30-day cooling-off period, as per the consumer rights directive.

Should a customer have reason to return an item, they need to email us to get a returns form.

We will then email you with a return letter to accompany your item.

All returns must be accompanied by a copy of our returns form to promptly process the refund.

The customer is responsible for the shipping costs involved in returning the order to us.

Refunds will only be paid on the same card/account used to place the order and are for the value of the goods.

Customers must complete the Returns Form within ten days of placing the order and goods must be returned to us within five days of filling out this form.

Items returned within 30 days of delivery will be issued a refund.


FAULTY GOODS

If you should find that your goods are faulty on arrival or go faulty during the warranty period, you are entitled to a replacement.

Should a customer have reason to return an item, they need to complete the aforementioned returns form.

We will then email you with a return letter to accompany your item.

All returns must be accompanied by a copy of our returns form to facilitate the processing of the return.

On receiving the faulty item(s), TekEir will then send out the replacement - normally within 3 working days.

Customers should inspect the goods on receipt to make sure all items are present and were not damaged during transit.

Customers must inform us with 3 days of receiving a parcel if there is an item missing / Damage in Transit.


TERMS & CONDITIONS

All returns should be sent to the Returns Address at the top of the page.

Customers can only call in person once they complete the Returns Form and have received confirmation.
