This is an original G.I. Joe insert that was inserted in vehicle and playset boxes in 1987. Insert is titled A.C.T.I.O.N. (Attack Cobra Targets In Occupied Nations) and featured overstock figures and vehicles. Also available was a watch, fan club membership and magazine subscription. All could be ordered by sending in cash and Flag Points.
