This is an original G.I. Joe insert that was inserted in vehicle and playset boxes in 1990. Insert is titled The Incredible Shrinking Joes! and featured overstock figures and vehicles. Also available was the set of 20 micro figures and a form for Steel Brigade. All could be ordered by sending in cash with or without Flag Points.
