We Ship to the 48 Continental United States Only. That means Free and Flat Rate Shipping do not apply to Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico, APO or other U.S. Protectorates. Large items can not be shipped to P.O. Boxes. This is because only the USPS can ship to P.O. Boxes and their rates are not always competitive.
Return shipping must be paid by buyer. I do make effort to skip sooner, however I do not always have boxes onhand so items often ship in 2days.
