Customs Tax & Duty

1. As long as item location is China (Except for the United States), all the parcels bound to target countries subject to tax&duty.For specific tariff, please kindly contact local customs house for details.All tax&duty are at buyer’s expense.

2. When parcel arrives at inbound country customs house, buyer is liable to clear cargos according to customs staff requirementwithin certain period. The clearance period is determined by local customs and not included in estimated shipping time.

Repairing:In most cases when item got problems we shall send you necessary parts with free cost for your own replacement so you needn't return the machine to us for repairing. And we shall provide online technical guide for you to replace the parts.

Exchange:All items from us will be entitled to a 1to1 exchange if you find the item is faulty within 14 days when item is signed. Please note returning item must IN ORIGINAL SHAPE,that means this warranty DOES NOT COVER damage caused by mishandling,abusing, alteration, neglect, disassembly or dropping. After checking we shall send you a new set. Buyer take liability of returning cost.

Return: We offer refund if the item is not to your liking within 30 days. Items must be in the same condition as they were sold and must come with the same packaging and any accessories that accompanied the item (if applicable). Return postage will have to be paid for by the customer unless there is a fault on our behalf in which case we will bear the postage cost.A 25% restocking fee will be applied on all kinds of refund. And the returning cost would at the buyer's responsibility.

Warranty

The product was covered by one year warranty except consumption parts/accessories. The way to execute: parts was given for free. Buyer is responsible for parts replacement. Warranty for consumption parts may vary and advice separately.
