Drake 100 degree Low Noise Amplifier (LNA) used in C-Band Satellite.

This is new but it is old stock in the box.  It is marked on the side of the LNA as Factory Re-Manufactured.  Model # 2574

As far as I know, it is strictly used in C Band Satellite systems and can not be used in place of an LNB.

Although this is a new part that has never been installed, it is old stock, therefore it no longer carries a warranty.
