Style Stones are a man-made stone material that is approximately 1/4" thick. They require no additional preparation before you use them.  A few minutes of creative fun can produce timeless results for that special creative gift project. 

Add color with any permanent type ink, including Alcohol, heat embossing or paint.

You will need to heat set all inks.  Caution: when you heat set the ink, the stones get REALLY hot, and take a few minutes to cool down.
