It sits on top of steak, burger or bacon helping it to cook quickly and evenly, from both sides at the same time. 

We are so confident of our design and quality that we now offer a 10 year warrantee when it's used in a  normal intended way. We will replace it F.O.C. if it brakes in this time.

Unlike others on the market, this press is made from stainless steel, which means that it won't rust, is dishwasher proof and doesn't need seasoning.

The handle is fitted to the disc by drilling a hole through the disc, putting the handle through the hole,  and welding on the top and underneath for max strength, so the handle cannot snap off.

(For the chefs amongst you, this product is food grade SAE316)

The thickness of the disc is 6.4mm / 1/4 inch. The handle is 12mm / 1/2 inch Diameter solid.

The weight of each item is ---150 dia / 6 inch is 1.2 kgs/ 2.6 lbs, The 175 dia is 1.4 kgs / 3.1 lbs, The 200 dia is 1.8 kgs / 4 lbs, The 225 dia is 2.2 kgs / 4.9 lbs. The 225 x 125 oblong is 1.6 kgs / 3.5 lbs

The 200 squ is 2.2 kgs / 4.9 lbs, The 175 squ is 1.7 kgs / 3.8 lbs

The special 175 heavy is 2.7 kgs / 6 lbs.

The underneath is smooth and polished 

Now the technical bit. We can increase the weight of each press by 80% by welding another disc in place. This will increase the disc thickness to 12mm / 1/2 inch. Now the bad news, the price goes up by 60%.
