This means that the transformer will be completely tested electrically and certified to be electrically sound before it ships. It will also be completely cleaned and a fresh coat of paint applied. There is no running warranty. It is recommended that if you purchase the transformer in electrically OK condition, it should be reconditioned before going into service. If you are interested in purchasing the transformer reconditioned with a warranty, additional charges will apply.
