product listed as refurbished have been fully tested and are guaranteed to be
in like new working condition.
In most
cases refurbished simply means the parts have been pulled from new or used
excess stock.
Return Policy
Product can be returned to Tablet & Electronics Repair for replacement, repair, or credit within 30
days of the delivery date. If the item is defective, it will be replaced at no
charge to you.
End user
damage to any product voids all warranties.
The
customer is responsible for all shipping costs for items being sent back for
replacement or credit. Shipping and handling charges for returned items is not
refundable.
All
returns must include the following:
1. Return
Merchandise Authorization Number (RMA#). Please send direct message, receive your RMA# and
write this RMA# on the label or box.
2. A copy
of the original sales record or copy of the email with the RMA#.
International Shipping Information

Customers
with shipping addresses outside of the US are solely responsible for all
duties, import taxes and brokerage fees. These are not included in the cost of
shipping or handling of your order.

Please be
sure to order the same part number as your original part to avoid the expensive
International return charges.
