PRODUCT DESCRIPTION

  • Travel mugs are made of high grade stainless steel. Double walled, vacuum sealed for over 12 hours of cooling capability. 
  • Comes with rubber sealed press on lid. 
  • Travel mugs are laser engraved, not screen printed. The engraving will not ware or fade with time.
  • The engravings appear a matte black in on the stainless cup, and appears silver on the color cups. 
  • Black or gray scale engravings only. No color available. Can engrave almost any design you like. 
  • Mug size with lid is 7.75" tall with 4" rim and 2.75" base.

HOW TO ORDER

  1. Input the quantity want to purchase. Sold individually. 
  2. Click "Buy It Now".
  3. Once order is placed you can email me, send a message with your payment, or message me through Ebay with the personalized information for your design.
  4. Travel mugs do not all have to be the same. Each mug can have its own design. Quantity discount mugs must have same design, but can have different names. 
  5. You can send us clipart, logo, or your own design if you have something specific in mind. There are different fonts to choose from. See the picture listings for available fonts and some available designs.
  6. Also let us know what color mug you want to order. 
  7. We will send you your layout for approval before engraving and shipping.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

  • We only accept payment through Paypal.
  • If payment is not received within 7 days, we have the right to cancel the transaction and file for a non-paying bidder.
  • If your order is returned , a charge may be issued to reship your item. 
  • All orders will be shipped in 3-5 business days

SHIPPING

  • Shipping is done by US mail or other parcel delivery service. We reserve the right to choose which method of shipping to use in order to best serve you.
  • We ship Monday-Saturday.
