All deliveries are made by our contracted carriers:

UK Mail, APC & Parcel Force

Goods for mainland UK are dispatched on normal working days Monday to Friday and, in most cases, will arrive the next day, unless, you live in the north of Scotland where, because of locations, you may wait a further day.

We do not offer a (guaranteed next day service) simply because of the limitless range of things that can affect a delivery e.g. weather, incorrect delivery information or just driver error.

Mainland UK does not include the following areas:

   • Republic of Ireland
   • Isle of Man

Northern Ireland, Isle of Man, Isle of White and Isles of Scilly -postcodes BT, IM, TR21-25.PO

For these areas the shipping cost is £17.95 per consignment & will take two to three days delivery.
We do not dispatch to, Jersey, Guernsey, Orkney Islands, Shetland Islands and the Isles of Scilly simply because, our carriers do not travel to any of these islands.

RETURNS
You have 14 days to inform us that you are returning the item providing the part has not been fitted and still in its original packaging. We will check the returned goods and make sure they are in resalable brand new condition. We will only refund original value of the goods less the postage for returned goods that are fully functional. If the packaging is damaged or parcel tape is used on the original box the part was in, we have the right to refuse the returned part. The common sense applies to returns as to anything so you should consider yourself as the next customer and must be satisfied with the appearance of the product as being brand new.

You are always responsible for the safe return of unwanted or faulty goods. Please send returns recorded or special delivery with a return. No refunds will be issued without proof of purchase, name and address of recipient and a brief description of problem where necessary. This will enable us to ensure all transactions are resolved quickly.

Product exchanges: If you wish to return a product for exchange then we reserve the right to deduct our initial shipping fee. The handling charge is to offset the costs incurred by ourselves in processing and shipping your order as requested).

 


DELIVERY

Most orders are with you within 1-3 working days.

We aim to dispatch all orders within 1 working day of receiving cleared funds (Monday to Friday). We occasionally list products which are special order items and therefore dispatch time will be slightly longer, if this is the case then we will contact you to advise of expected delivery date.

If your order is placed before 12pm (Monday to Friday) and is in stock, items will be sent the same day and delivered within 2 working days (for some out of areas postcodes, deliveries might take slightly longer).

PLEASE NOTE:

All deliveries are made by couriers, UK Mail, APC or Royal Mail and will require a signature. The courier will try and deliver the item twice before returning the item to us. Please ensure someone is present to sign for the item. Should the item be returned to us we will have to charge for re-delivery.

We run an automated ordering system so please ensure your correct shipping address is selected on the PayPal / eBay checkout as we can only send to the address that comes through. This is an eBay policy.

For orders cancelled after despatch you must follow our returns procedure. You are responsible for both the outgoing and return postage costs.

Orders Delayed/Missing in Transit

We promise we'll do everything we can to ensure you receive your order within the time-frame specified. Occasionally events beyond our control may result in your parcel being delayed whilst it is with the courier and we cannot be held responsible for such delays.

All parcels are fully insured and if your parcel is lost or delayed, let us know and we'll act quickly to locate it, bearing in mind the points below. All claims for missing items must be made within 28 days of the date of your order.

 

We are very pleased to announce that the vast majority of orders will be delivered by UK Mail, APC or Royal Mail Both of these couriers offer an excellent service and we are very pleased to have them on board. The courier chosen to deliver your parcel will depend on the size and weight of the goods you have purchased along with your location.

What do I do if I have not received my delivery?

Please call us or send a message via eBay messages and we'll get back to you quickly with a response and tracking information.

How much does delivery cost and how long will it take?

All of our listings have free delivery to UK mainland addresses (please see exclusion list for out of area zones) and use our standard 1-3 day delivery service. Please note that we do not dispatch orders on weekends.

What happens if I'm not at home to accept delivery?

If you are not available to sign for your delivery, the courier will leave a card to advise that delivery has been attempted. To re-arrange delivery or arrange to collect the parcel from their local depot, please follow the instructions on the card.
