    WARRANTY:

    This product carries a Full 1 Year Warranty from iGo. Due to this it is extremely rare that you will have an usage issue with our stock. If you do we will happily refund (upto 7 days from delivery) or exchange your item and provide as much post sales support as possible to you.


    Refunds/Cancellations Notice - Regrettably since 2020 PayPal have introduced a policy that the fees that they collect for a transaction are no longer refunded to the seller (us) when we issue a refund/cancellation of an order.

    Therefore in situations where the customer has ordered the wrong item, changed their mind, or has provided a wrong delivery address, all refunds will be subject to this 4% fee because we sadly cannot get our fees back or refunded by PayPal. It gives us no pleasure in doing this and its simply because we see a daily occurrence of situations where customers may accidentally order the wrong item or provide us the wrong address and we're now being penalised by PayPal and unable to get those processing fees back.
