 New SMD ICF-SW1 Panasonic Capacitors Repair Kit for Sony ICF-SW1 world receiver.

Fault symptoms: Loss of audio and/or signal strength and tuning difficulties.

Cause: SMD Capacitors on main board defective.

Remedy: Replace Capacitors on main board

Kit Contents:

6 x Genuine Panasonic SMD Capacitor
1x Panasonic Memory backup, Circuit Location: C625 buffer time (60min).
 5x Upgrade high power Display L.E.D. to choose from 5 Colours Bright White, ice blue,green, umber, red included in with the kit. This repair kit will bring the Glory crystal clear sound to your SONY ICF-SW1.

Capacitor Upgrade

The Sony SW1 is a popular receiver that now suffers from ageing surface mount electrolytic capacitors. Consequently, this results in a loss of audio, loss of signal strength or both. Another symptom of aged capacitors is a motorboating sound when the volume is turned up. 
The capacitor upgrade replaces ALL the electrolytic capacitors that are prone to fail (or dry-up) with time.

The kit consists of 6 Genuine Panasonic SMD capacitors which are 105-° to ensure a long-lasting repair.
