Gorgeous Vintage Wood Recipe Box with Tabbed Subject Dividers and Hand Written Recipe Cards.  This box is Very Old.  The handwriting and ink used on the recipe cards appears to be from the late 1800's-early 1900's.   The cards have yellowed with age.  There are not a ton of recipes in this box, but what ones are there are very interesting, such as Pepper Relish, Molasses cookies, Potato Croquettes, Mock Bisque, and Puffed Rice Brittle and more.   There are tabbed dividers and many unused index cards.  The wooden box has a lovely dark brown patina from vintage age and use.  Tongue and groove joints are in excellent condition.  Metal hinges appear to have a Honey Bee design on them.
