The first version was made from an Israeli civilian gas mask and has been completely revamped and remolded into Training Mask 2.0 Say goodbye to the eye pieces, hardened straps and overall gas mask look. Reconstructed of an entirely new mask mold and neoprene that is stretched over the rubber resistance mask and caps, Training Mask 2.0 offers a smooth, sleek look and comfortable feel The mask is held onto the face with a comfortable neoprene sleeve that overlays the air-tight silicone piece that rests against the face. The neoprene sleeve is held onto the mask by 3 resistance caps. The resistance caps ensure a snug fit against the neoprene and hold the neoprene in place, acting as a post against the silicone that rests on your face.

Training Mask 2.0 is a less aggressive looking approach to working out while still getting the aggressive workout you desire. With the Training Mask 2.0, you do not have a claustrophobia-like feeling nor will you have to worry about vision problems while training. With extensive research and clinical testing from the University of Nait, the Training Mask 2.0 has made remarkable advancements in the fitness and training industry, Training Mask 2.0 takes all the amazing "Diaphragm Resistance Technology" from Training Mask 1.0 and compiles it into a less obtrusive, amazingly comfortable silicone mask that fits over the nose and mouth. A multi-level resistance system reduces air flow through the patent pending flux valve system, Training Mask 2.0 promotes increased lung capacity by forcing you to inhale fuller, deeper breaths. When your body adapts to the resistance, your lungs will be trained to take deeper breaths and use oxygen more efficiently. When you breathe against resistance, the lining in the lungs essentially stretches out, allowing the alveoli's surface area to become stretched, thus in return, allows for more blood flow to the alveoli for more oxygen transportation. When you increase surface area, you increase your red blood cell count, which will be able to carry more oxygen out to the extremities.

WHAT SIZE DO I NEED?

We recommend taking exact measurements using the method described below to determine the correct mask size for your facial structure.
Measure from the centreline of your face at your mouth to at least 1 inch (2.5 cm) past the outside corner of your mouth (you might want to ask a friend to assist you). The outer edge of the Training Mask should sit against your face at 1 to 1.5 inches (2.5 to 3.8 cm) outside the corner of your mouth.

Double the measurement you have taken and match to the best fit from the below:
  • LARGE - 5 inches (12.7 cm) 250lbs +
  • MEDIUM - 4.5 inches (11.4 cm) 150 to 249
  • SMALL - 4 inches (10.2 cm) 100lbs to 145

You may exchange sizes for an unused product only (see our returns policy for details). Sleeve sizing is designed to match your chosen mask size, i.e. Large (L) sleeve suits a Large mask. Resistance valves are 'one size fits all'. Below is a general guide based on body weight (note that facial measurements are more accurate for ensuring correct fit).

LARGE - 115kgs to 140kgs
MEDIUM - 70kgs to 115kgs
SMALL - 45kgs to 70kgs
