Vintage "Silent Flame Table Lighter by Parker of London". Missing the lighter cartridge that goes into the hold in the side. Footprint is 3" square, stands about 5" tall. No cracks or chips of the Bakelite base. Battery box and contacts are very clean except for one small area (see photos). Has the base cover, often missing.
