A Vintage PHILIPS D2935 PLL SYNTHESIZED WORLD RECEIVER PORTABLE RADIO with DIGITAL DISPLAY. 
It was made in Hong Kong.
It measures 12.5" wide, 3" deep & 7" tall.
Weighs 5 lb. 3 ounces (unshipped).
It comes with an AC Cord.
Can use 6 "D" Cell Batteries (not included).
The extendable antenna is in Very Good conditon, with no bends.
There are some markings from use & surface cracks to the keypad (please magnify pics).
Other than the keypad everything else seems to be in Very Good Conditon.
I have powered it up and it seems to be working fine, but have only had it on FM & AM Radio.
