- Free replacement is available for pick up from our warehouse in Victoria if the buyers need to claim warranty, or
it can be arranged by post, postage of sending the replacement applies.
- We will not be responsible for the delivery cost or insurance charges incurred in returning item back to us. If you
return an item purchased from us, it must be back in Factory Condition, this includes packaging, inserts manuals,
etc. Please allow 7 working days for us to process your return request.
- Delivery charges (postage& packings) is a non-refundable cost unless the item you purchased was incorrected listed
or you were shipped a different product than you ordered.
We, as seller, are not responsible for any labour cost, material and equipment hiring fees, or other related fees incurred in warranty claims

This product comes with a five year manufacture warranty, three year from manufacturer and two year from seller.
Please be advised that we are not responsible for the cost of replacing lights if you are not satisfied with the products.
The installations must be conducted by a licensed electrician or qualified electrical contractor under Australian safety regulations.

Should you request return, please message your claim via eBay with details of the faulty lights and photos. We will deduct 30% of total fees for postage and administration fee if you would like to change your mind and return the lights to us. Returns are not accepted after 14 days of bidding.
