Returns & Refunds

We will provide a refund within 30 days for items purchased Please report return to us via opening a return email, this should be done within 5 days of the delivery date.

Refund will be the original purchase price excluding the delivery charge and will be made to your original method of payment.

Buyer is responsible for all postage charges. Please ensure goods are well protected when goods are returned to us, shoe boxes must be protected and be returned to us undamaged as they are inherent to the product.

Please use a track able service to return goods as we will not be held liable if items are lost by a courier. All returns are processed within 2 working days of receipt. However during busy periods such as Christmas this will may take longer.

Exchanges: Customers are responsible to pay for all postage charges, for us to send out an exchange we would kindly ask our customers to make an additional payment of £5.25 for UK First class signed for deliveries, for international deliveries it will be £11.00 for a standard service.

All refunds will be as per the original method of payment. A confirmation email will be sent once the refund is processed.
