In excellent cosmetic condition as shown.  Comes with a plastic lens tube , UV filter, Yellow 1 filter and hood.
Focus and aperture are smooth. No fungus or separation, it does have a light internal haze and minor micro fine cleaning marks. 

Tested on a Pentax Q using a D to Q adapter (not included in sale) and are unedited jpeg files.
