You can return or exchange the item(s) within 30 days from the date of purchase. The merchandise must be shipped back in its original condition with no signs of wear, damage, or abuse, and must include its packing slip, gift boxes, and accessories. Any customized orders are non-refundable.

Return Instructions

You will need to obtain a return RMA number through eBay in order to initiate the return process. Once we receive your return, we typically issue refunds within 1-2 business days.

Exchanges/Replacements

We understand that purchasing jewelry online can be difficult especially since you are unable to feel or try it in person- maybe you thought the item was bigger, or longer, or a size. Our goal is to ensure you find exactly what you have been looking for, so if you would like to exchange/upgrade for a different item or size, simply message us via eBay.

Our orders ship usually within 1 business day of when the payment clears. A signature is be required upon delivery for orders over $750.

If you would like to cancel the order after placing it, please contact us immediately.

Orders that are being shipped to countries outside of the U.S. may be delayed by Customs Inspections, and are subject to the destination country's policies on international orders. Buyer pays duties, taxes, and customs clearance fees.

1 Year Warranty

Our warranty covers manufacturing defects that are not affected by wear and tear, customizations, or damage.

Customized Sizing

If you would like to place a custom order or sizing request, please kindly contact us. Sizing typically takes 1-3 business days. We recommending contacting us prior to placing the order so we can provide instructions and a quote.

Layaway:  We can customize a layaway program on a case by case basis. Kindly message us here and we will be happy to assist.
