Features:


5V-30V wide input voltage, wide voltage output 0.5-30V, can also boost and buck, such as adjusting the output voltage of 18V, so the input voltage between 5-30V just change, will constant output 18V; for instance you Input 12V, adjust the 0.5-30V arbitrary output potentiometer settings.

High power, high efficiency, better performance than XL6009/LM2577 scheme. The external 60V75A high power MOS and the high voltage Schottky diode SS56 are adopted. It is not comparable to the SS34 of the 6009 or 2577 scheme, because the voltage of MOS and Schottky is greater than the sum of input and output voltage according to the principle of Buck boost.

Inductance of iron silicon aluminum magnetic ring, high efficiency. No inductance howling in constant current mode.

With the output anti backflow function, when the battery charging, no additional anti backflow diode.

  • Applications:

  • 1.Use as a normal buck modules with over-current protection capabilities
  • Usage:
  • ( 1 ) adjust constant voltage(CV) potentiometer, the output voltage reaches the voltage value you want
  • ( 2 ) use a multimeter(10A or 20A) to measure the output current ( directly connect the two leads to the output ) , while adjusting potentiometer allows constant output current reaches a predetermined overcurrent protection value. ( For example, the meter displays the current value of 4A, then you can use the module to a maximum current of 4A,  4A current to constant voltage constant current when the red light is on, otherwise the light off ) 
  • Note : When used in this state , since the output of 0.05 ohm current sampling resistor , there will be 0 ~ 0.3V voltage drop across the load is connected , this is normal ! This drop is not being pulled down your load , but dropped the sampling resistor.

  • 2.As a battery charger
  • Module without constant function can not be used to charge the battery , because the complete consumption of battery charger great pressure, leading the charge current is too large , causing damage to the battery , so when the battery begins to use a constant current charging when the charge to a certain extent, when to automatically switch back to the constant voltage charging .
  • Usage:
  • ( 1 ) Make sure you need to charge the battery float voltage and charging current ; ( if lithium parameters 3.7V/2200mAh, then the float voltage is 4.2V, the maximum charging current 1C, ie 2200mA)
  • ( 2 ) under no-load conditions, the multimeter to measure the output voltage adjustment potentiometer allows constant output voltage reaches the float voltage; ( if to 3.7V rechargeable lithium battery , the output voltage can be adjusted to 4.2V )
  • ( 3 ) with a multimeter to measure the output current range 10A short circuit current ( directly to the two leads can be connected to the output ), while adjusting potentiometer allows constant output current reaches a predetermined charge current value
  • ( 4 ) Charge transfer lamp current: 0.1 times the factory default charge current; ( battery during the charging current is gradually reduced , and gradually into the charging by the constant current constant voltage charging , if the charging current is set 1A, then when charging current is less than 0.1A when blue lights turned off, the green light is on, then the battery is fully charged )
  • ( 5 ) connected to the battery charge .
  • ( 1,2,3,4 steps : input termination power output of the load is not connected to the battery )

  • 3.Is used as a high-power LED constant current driver module
  • ( 1 ) determine the work that you need to drive the LED current and maximum operating voltage ;
  • ( 2 ) No-load conditions, the multimeter to measure the output voltage adjustment potentiometer allows constant output voltage reaches the maximum operating voltage LED ;
  • ( 3 ) 10A current with a multimeter measuring the output short-circuit current file, and adjust the constant current potentiometer allows the output current reaches a predetermined LED working current ;
  • ( 4 ) connected to the LED, test machine.
  • ( Step 1,2,3 : input connected to the power supply , the output load is not connected LED lights. )
  • Note: This module is more than 3A, 35W in use, to enhance heat dissipation ! ! !
