Gas Powered Equipment Some gas powered equipment and items containing Lithium Ion batteries cannot be shipped to California or freight forwarders due to regulations out of our control. If we are unable to ship it to your location and have to cancel the order, we will notify you and refund you in full immediately.
Delivery We are freight forwarder friendly and are a member of eBay's Global Shipping Program. Sometimes, we are not able to ship to PO Boxes, PR, HI, AK, or the US VI for some items. Items shipped to a freight forwarder or third party (apart from eBay's GSP) are not eligible for a return or refund.
USA vs European Current? Countries with electrical current other than the standard within the USA, please take notice that all corded electrical products will have an American electrical prong and voltage (110-120 ACV not 220-240) requirement unless otherwise specifically stated. Electrical items used in countries with current different than what the item is intended for are NOT eligible for a return.
Return Policy In the event of a return, the buyer may be responsible for return shipping. A restocking fee may be applied. Health care, beauty supplies, batteries, music CD's, movies, video games, and edibles are non-returnable and non-refundable if opened due to health code and sensitive material reasons. Items that have been washed, worn, tag removed, altered, or are without the original retail packaging are non-returnable. The 30 day return policy only applies to items unused, in new, unopened, undamaged, and same condition as sent.
