customer service and I have hassle free returns. I have very few
returns because I am careful to send very good items; I try my very best
and my feedback reflects this. I always leave excellent feedback for my

If anything is not right or unknowingly misrepresented I pay return
shipping. I also understand that a bow is a personal choice so I am not
opposed to sending bows on approval. If you want to try a bow or a
several bows, choose the bows
that you like but return shipping is on you; I am a very small business
and cannot pay the price for other folks online shopping. Your shipping
costs should be less expensive then traveling to various violin shops
so this method of purchasing works for many of my discriminating
