Low Voltage Freeze Protection Control FPC is an integrated design that combines temperature sensing capability with low voltage disconnect function in a single device. The control monitors the temperature of air handler unit and once the air temperature drops to specified setpoint, it will automatically shut off the air handler power to avoid refrigerant leaks during full condensing operation. With this control, the system can avoid freezing damage and provide more reliable winter protection.

The FPC Low Voltage Freeze Protection Contactor is designed for use on indoor and outdoor domestic hvac coils, pumps and equipment. The dual looped design allows the controller to be mounted in any position or orientation without affecting operation. The contacts are rated at 1/2 amp at 12v.

Low Voltage Freeze Protection Coils (ICFC) provide plug-in electrical protection for freeze damage to the outdoor unit. Controllers with integrated protection offer 2-wire (F) interface for easy installation of 96 volt protector coils.

The FPC is a low voltage, load per phase controller which is used to monitor the temperature of refrigeration systems. Depending upon the available current at the time of installation, this unit is able to provide freeze protection in any commercial refrigerator or freezer.

FPC Freezing protection control keeps motors from freezing in sub-zero outdoor temperatures. The FPC controls compressor run time to maintain liquid line temperature within policy limits. The FPC may also act as a freeze detector for other electrical equipment such
