 All parcels are shipped normally within 24 hours of payment. Please note there may be an additional cost for items going out of UK mainland which  are over 1kg 
Smaller items are sent via royal mail tracked 48 hour, larger items via courier and battery are sent with Ups.

TWO YEAR wARRANTY
       
1. Warranty Period 
1.1 Two Year Warranty: Clutch components are guaranteed against defects for a period of 2 years or 20,000 miles (30,000 kilometres) whichever is sooner, from date of fitment. 
2. Our Guarantee 
2.1 We will inspect any clutch returned with labour charges, and valid claims will be reimbursed. We will credit the cost of the clutch, and reimburse fitting costs at an agreed labour rate (based on ICME, or similar) vehicle repair times. No other costs are covered. 
3. Warranty Terms & Conditions 
3.1 The complete National clutch must be returned via the product distributor with a supporting invoice for the clutch removal (showing full vehicle registration, vehicle details, fitment and removal dates, mileage covered and full details of the claimed fault). 
3.2 After inspection, any units not found to be defective in material or manufacture will be rejected and a warranty report provided. The report will occasionally include photos, inspection machinery reports and technical bulletins as supporting documentation. 
3.3 Our hourly labour allowance is calculated as part of our overall warranty package and will not necessarily be comparative with other labour rates or claimed rates of labour. 
3.4 We will only reimburse toward fitting charges. The guarantee does not cover any other charges, or additional costs. 
3.5 Rejected labour claim units do not qualify under the ‘No Quibble’ Guarantee, so cannot be resubmitted at a later date for credit of parts only. 
3.6 Reimbursement of fitting charges will under no circumstances be allowed if claims are received after the goods have been returned, or previously submitted and credited under our ‘No Quibble’ guarantee. 
3.8 We reserve the right to reject claims when damage has occurred through incorrect fitment, handling, misuse, abuse, vehicle modification from original specification and any form of racing activity which can be considered outside of normal road use. 
3.9 Our warranty applies to all clutch parts correctly selected using the latest catalogues (including electronic and third party catalogue systems authorised by National to carry our data) or are selected via a cross reference which has been supplied by National. 3.8 Product must be fitted in a recognised garage or workshop according to the vehicle manufacturer’s specification. 
3.10 SMF Service kits. These kits are National designed & manufactured to our own specification to ensure optimal performance. We reserve the right to reject any returns fitted with a competitor’s product. 
3.11 We reserve the right to amend these terms and conditions without prior notice. 
4. Statutory Rights 
4.1 Customer’s statutory rights remain unaffected.
