WARRANTY TERMS*

FireSafety2014 will provide a 1-year warranty beginning from the shipment date of products ordered. Our warranty will cover full replacement of all units and cover return shipping charges of all products purchases from FireSaftey2014©

The procedures are as follows:
   Once we receive the package we will confirm the serial number of the product. If this product matches the items ordered we will send replacement product the following day via ups ground.    If you have any questions or concerns please contact us.
