These jeans are from the pricey brand, VIGOSS and they are in very good condition with no holes or anything. (see size below) They are a faded black or gray and the BEST pic of the color is the back pocket close up which is actually embellished with the classic "V" and rhinestones. These are either a 28 or a size 29 (5/6 or 7/8 which is like a 6 womens USA).  They have good stretch to them.

My daughter wears a 6 to 8 in American Eagle and said these are about there.  She would guess more like a size 6 if you have a curvy figure and figure it is a size 8 if you have less than typical booty (flat butt). :P  Their website shows split sizing, so I will put both up.  REFER to the size chart in RED that measures the jeans. You may have to use that as your guide with the jeans that fit YOU.

They are a button closure and zipper and have 5 pocket design and are in very good condition!!  The "worn" look is factory faded.

These numbers below in pink for YOUR body's measurements. Waist is the smallest part of your torso and hips are the largest part of your bottom

Vigoss Size Chart 

size 28 or USA 5/6

Actual Natural Waist: 29" to 29.5"

Hips: 38" to 38.5"

These physical measurements below are to compare against YOUR clothing NOT YOUR BODY. (see detailed explanation below in orange) The physical Waist Band of these bottoms are held flush front and back:

Jean's actual Waist Band (not your waist): 

32" to 35"

Rise: 8.75" 

Inseam: 30"

Here's that orange paragraph..... With bottoms, the lower the rise is, the higher the physical waist band measurements would be since they are sitting lower on your torso.
What to do:
1. Grab your well fitting
 PERSONAL bottoms and make the actual waistband even and flush front and back
2. Look at the PHYSICAL measurements above and note the RISE listed (say it's 8").
3.  Measure 8" up from your pant's crotch seam.
4. This measurement on your bottoms, while it may not be at YOUR pant's physical waistband, should match the waistband listed in the chart in red.
