Rare US local stamp #136L10 Swarts Dispatch  used on cover advertising Beebee's Magic Paper. A very early innovative  product for copying and transferring images like carbon paper. Years ahead of its time. Cover hand made with cut paper for stamp and address wax seal applied over the envelope so the front  can print  more text. Stamp is genuine and genuine usage. Deep pink to red color. Some wrinkling to paper as applied to envelope. XF 4 wide margins.
