1. Send us a message by choosing the "Message to Seller" button during checkout (this is the most preferred way). DO NOT USE THE "CONTACT SELLER" BUTTON ON THE LISTING PAGE!
2. Email us: support (at) lobocommander.com - Please include your user name with email.
3. If we do not get the information we need from the above choices, we will send you an email with a link to fill out a form to choose the engraving for your order.

Large Bone: 1 9/16” W x 1 1/16”H
Small Bone: 1 1/8” W x ¾”H

Each tag comes with a split ring to use to attach tag to the collar. All engraving is silver in color. All tags are double engraved to ensure deep, legible lettering. If changes need to be made to get the best size & legibility of engraving, we will contact you via the email address used in your order.
A tag you can't read is worthless to you. Please note: the more lines and letters/numbers engraved results in smaller text.
Permanently Diamond Engraved Tag - will NOT rub off like laser engraved tags.
All tags can be engraved on both sides.
Large Tags - Each side can hold up to 4 lines of text. Maximum of 20 characters per line. The more lines and characters per line will result in smaller text.
Small Tags – Each side can hold up to 3 lines of text. Maximum of 16 characters per line. The more lines and characters per line will result in smaller text.

FREE SHIPPING for US customers!! Items are shipped within 3 days of receiving all info needed to complete order. Most of the time they are shipped next day! In order to keep prices down, free shipping does not include a tracking number. These are shipped in a plain white envelope with the words "Custom Pet Tags Enclosed" printed on the envelope.
