As I have mentioned, the item is fully functional so return is NOT ACCEPTED. If you need any proofs please let me know before the purchase.

And if a buyer tries to use " damaged" or "not as described" reason for return I will ask eBay to step up and take care of situation and beside the shipping costs, 30% restocking fee will be considered.

I had to add the last paragraph to my listing because of a slight minority of the buyers who tend to abuse ebay' s policies and it's sellers and the nature of the items that I sell.
