This is a rare model kit of a German Jungmeister 133 Biplane kit by Pica, which went out of business about 15 years ago.  Wingspan is 60 inches, for a .60 glow engine or electric.  The kit is complete as packed at the factory, with plans and I have been informed of a source for the instructions, which will either be included or sent to you shortly after I receive them, and even the decals are in perfect shape.  A fiberglass cowl is available.  Ask from who.
