Free Personalization

 You are considering Family of 4 Penguins Christmas Ornament.  This ornament is great as it is or you can have us personalize it.  You can also personalize it yourself, if you wish, using a fine tip permanent marker.  

Recommend:  The most common way is to put the names on their bellies or on the white area below them.  You can also put the family name (example:  The Smiths or The Smith’s Family) on the white area below the penguins with the year.  However, there are several ways you can personalize this ornament.  We can make it however you would like it.  Just let us know.

If you would like us to personalize this ornament for you, please provide your personalization (Message, Names and Year...) in the “NOTE TO SELLER” section on the PayPal form or send your message through EBAY'S MESSAGE BOARD.  Please be sure to specify names and location of each name.  If no personalization is needed, please write (no personalization) in the notation part of your Paypal payment.  Orders normally ship 1 to 2 days after finalization of personalization.  We will send you an email with a picture of the personalization for your approval before shipment.  If we have not received correspondence back from you within 24 hours, we will ship the ornament(s) as shown in the email.

Returns:

We accept returns within 14 days from date you received the item.  Please contact us, through email, before returning the defective item.  We will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

Items returned shall be unopened and shipped with their original packaging intact.

Return shipping shall be paid by buyer.  Refund will be made upon receipt of the returned item.
