We accept payment via Paypal only. You will be transferred to the PayPal website to select how to fund the purchase and specify a shipping address. Upon confirmation of the transaction, you will be returned to your checkout.

Please make sure that you pay for your purchase straight away via Paypal. Any delays may result in the item becoming sold out and unavailable.

How quickly do you deliver?

We aim to despatch all orders within 1 working day. Parcels are despatched via Hermes's 48 hour service or Royal Mail 48®. Although these are not guaranteed delivery time-frames, the majority of our items will be delivered within 2 working days from despatch. Orders outside of the UK and Ireland may take a few extra days to be despatched and delivered.

Please be advised that delivery of parcels to business addresses can take longer than those sent to home addresses.

In the highly unlikely event your parcel fails to arrive, we may have to wait up to 15 working days (or 25 working days for overseas orders) before we are able to refund or replace items missing in transit if your parcel was sent with Royal Mail.


How much does postage for my order cost?

Free UK Delivery. Orders placed within Europe, but outside of the UK and Ireland will be charged at £8.00. Delivery charges to the rest of the world are charged at £12.00.

If you return goods to be exchanged for other items, we won't charge you again for delivery when the alternative items are despatched.

Where applicable, we only charge one delivery fee per order no matter how many items you purchase.


Do I need to sign for my parcel?

A signature may be required upon delivery. If you are not at the delivery address to sign for the parcel, the couriers will attempt a further two deliveries and subsequently will return the parcel to us. Alternatively, if the courier deems it safe to do so, they may possibly leave the goods in a secure location on your premises or with a neighbour. Please note we cannot be held responsible if you are not present to accept delivery of your parcel when it arrives.

Our returns policy

You can return unwanted items for a full refund or exchange within 28 days from receiving them providing they are unworn, unwashed and where possible still have their tags and labels attached. Please note we cannot accept returns of underwear unless the garment was faulty upon receipt.


How to return goods

To return goods, simply fill out the reverse of the invoice, package the goods in suitable wrapping and return to us at the address on your invoice/returns form. Please ensure the invoice is included with the goods and that you've marked on the reverse what you're returning and why and list any items you require in exchange of those being returned. If you no longer have the original invoice, please contact us with your full name and address, your email address and your eBay buyer ID.
If you've asked for any items to be exchanged and the alternatives are more expensive than the original items, you will need to supply a daytime telephone number to allow us to contact you during office hours so that we can obtain additional payment details. If we cannot reach you, we will either leave a message or send you an email or letter.


Refunds

We will process your return as soon as possible, although we kindly ask you to leave anything up to 14 days for processing. You have a statutory right to have a full refund including the outbound postage and packing charges if you notify us within seven working days from the day after you receive your goods that you intend on returning to us your order in its entirety.


Faulty goods and goods sent in error

In the unlikely event that there is a problem with your order, please don't hesitate to contact us - we will do everything we can to resolve any issues you may have. We don't expect you to pay to return faulty goods or those sent to you in error, so please contact us prior to returning any faulty or wrongly sent items.
