How to Style: For the photo shoot, all that was done to the wig is, taken out of the package and given it a vigorous shake. This will loosen up the strands from being in a stationary position in the package and also offer volume. You can also finger style or use a wig pick or brush to style it. Hair spray can also be used.

Wig Fitting

The hair is sewn on an Adjustable light-netting cap that is well ventilated, which should fit an average size head 21.5" - 22.5"(Male or Female). No Pins or Tape should be required.
Brand new, in a bag with Tags attached with very simple care and washing instructions.

Important Note

Once you received your wig...

When you first take the wig out of the package or box, it may look a little different than what is shown in our pictures. That is because the wigs are well packaged to ensure each style and texture, and are stored in a stationary position for some time. You will almost always need a good shaking and styling of the wig to make it looks its best. We style all our wigs for the photo shoot with light mist of water, sometimes liquid sprays and fingers. If we can style the wigs you certainly can too, don't be afraid to make your wig your own.

Wigs look different on different people, even on a different mannequins...

Remember, all wigs look different on different people. Just like a size 10 dress on a mannequin will not look the same on someone who is a size 2 or vise versa. Depending on your face shape, size of your forehead, length of your neck, your jaw lines and etc. each styles will appear differently on person to person. A little cut and shaping will make all the difference in the world. You can always take your wig to a hair dresser and inquire about restyling. Remember, be ?in? the wig when it is cut and styled.

Returns and Exchanges

It is against the California State Health and Safety Code 106960 to accept returns of wig or hair pieces.

Please email us with further questions or concerns regarding our return policy. Upon receiving your wig, please check to make sure that you have received the correct color and wig before opening the package. Incorrect or damaged items will be replaced if the item is in unworn and in factory sealed condition. All items returned must accompany a confirmation letter. (We do not accept returns without confirmation letter. The item/items will be returned to sender at sender's expense. ). Once your item is received, our team of associates will exchange the incorrect/damaged wig upon inspection.

Carefully review the item description before bidding. Color quality may vary depending on your monitor's resolution selection, different lighting effects and individual perceptions. These are just a few of the many possible reasons. Therefore, please make all inquiries prior to bidding and choose your selections carefully.
