Please note that all items listed here are genuine. All our frames and sunglasses are will be shipped in their original cases. Enclosed you will find tags with supporting statements of authenticity.
Delivery
1st Class Shipping within the UK is free of charge, and all valuable items (unless otherwise specified) will be shipped fully tracked and insured with next day delivery. Shipping outside of the UK is chargeable, and depends on the value of the item. (We only send tracked and singed for). All frames and sunglasses are dispatched in our sealed box. If our seal is broken or looks to be tampered with please let us know.
Returns and Refunds
Customer satisfaction is of paramount importance to us. Please get in contact regarding anything about you or purchase. As we are dealing with valuable items, some of which are highly fragile and easily damaged, we offer a 14 day returns/refund policy, however we take a number of precautions to ensure we are not scammed, or items are not returned unfairly.
All items are closely photographed for our records and checked very meticulously prior to postage. This ensures that if an item is returned (within the 14 day period) and is not in the exact condition it was sent in the refund will not be issued, and the item will be returned. If we believe a return is fraudulent in nature, it will immediately be reported to the police. Postage charges are not refundable for returns.
